Long ago, I fell in love with the Rocky Mountains, and I’ve explored everywhere I could manage to reachI’ve taken lots of photos along the way, and the grand scenery has inspired me to write stories about my favorite places. In this website, you can both explore real Colorado and find great stories.

If you love wild places, click on the Nature’s Majesty tab above. Below is a taste of what you can see there.

Currently, I have published three different series. Those who like urban fantasy might enjoy my Angels at the Edge series, which features Gabriel Townsend, newly formed angel fighting demons who are determined to destroy all that is good in this country. To find out more about this series, click here.

I’ve also written a second urban fantasy series, the Sorcerers’ Scourge series set in Boulder, Colorado and Monterey, California. The series follows Ian O’Rourke as he fights for truth, justice, and the magical way. For more information on both series, click here.

Lastly, the Flint Harrington mysteries are set in mythical Alpine County, Colorado and follow the sheriff detective’s adventures as he solves crimes in the Rocky Mountain West. To find out more about these mysteries, click here.

A friend let me read her copy of the Sorcerer’s Scourge series. It takes the rite-of-passage/growing-up storyline to a new level, on par with David Weber’s Honor Harrington and Ben Reeder’s Chance Fortunato. Time for me to get my own copies. When is Book 4 of Ian’s story coming?

I read book one via Kindle Unlimited and am about to grab book 2. This is an excellent fantasy and I really like the addition of Native American magic into the usual mix. Keep up the good work, I look forward to immersing more into this magical world and learning more about why sorcerers hate witches so much.

I just finished all four of the Flint Harrington mysteries and I loved them all. I got #1 free off of Book Bub or one of those services, but went out and purchased the other three. Well written mysteries – all of them! Hopefully, there will be more Flint Harrington stories in the future.

Just finished all 4 of the Flint Harrington series. Really enjoyed them, but don’t like wolves. Grew up in Montan ranch country and believe that predators have a right to live, but must be controlled.

Just spent the last few days trapped in the flood waters caused by Hurricane Harvey. Ian, Moira and their friends were excellent company during the storm, and I’m anticipating the next chapter in their stories. Excellent.
